We enjoy this piano and have had it for 5 years. It was used but refurbished when it was given to us as a a gift, bought from keys4kids. We are looking for something different at this time. It was tuned a year or so ago and seems to be in tune. 2 of the keys have loosened but we’ve had them professionally fixed and they’ve been working well. It seems like the petals and interior features work aok.
