Beautiful piano in fair condition. Needs tuning. Some rust on strings. Needs to go up 4 stairs. I would split moving costs. My daughter has been taking lessons for three years now and this piano is too large for our living room and has been in our basement. We found a smaller piano through a friend of a friend and would like to pass this one on.
