Well-maintained walnut upright piano and matching bench in very good condition. Smoke-free household. Has been regularly tuned. Has 2 foot pedals, all keys, etc. Bench is not shown in photo.

This would be a fantastic piano for a student, church, etc.

Free to anyone who will pick it up and transport it (or pay for it to be picked up) before 11/28. After 11/28 if no one takes the piano, sadly, it will be junked.

Note: There are 8 steps up to the piano, so less than a full flight.
