This Estey, upright piano has been in the family since 1940. While it was played regularly for many years, it has been quite a while since that. It would definitely need to be tuned, but if someone could use it, as our family did, that would be great. It is located in Batavia, IL and is on the ground floor of the home and is offered for no charge, if you can move it. Piano is 37″ tall, 55.5″ long and 23″ deep.
