This is a spinnet piano that belonged to my grandmother. It has sentimental value, but it needs some TLC and we need the space.

Issues:
-Two keys don’t play – I’m not sure how easy they are to fix. A couple more get stuck sometimes.
-The highest F# key plays just fine but the top of it has broken off, so it’s level with the white keys.
-The edges of the keys (closest to the player) have little chips in them; a toddler banged on them with a spoon. (see picture)
-The sustain & damper pedals work but the one in the middle is broken. I don’t even know what that one is supposed to do. (see picture) The sustain squeaks when you use it.
-One of the front legs was coming loose and was screwed back in. It’s not currently an issue but if not moved carefully it may come loose again.
-It hasn’t been tuned in about 10 years, so it sounds ok but not great. (Some keys are more out of tune than others. One is out of tune with itself so that one doesn’t sound great.) But that would be resolved if it was tuned.

Piano is on the first floor, there are 4 steps to go down outside. Moving costs – let’s talk. Would prefer not to pay very much. Thanks!
