Well-loved but needing a tuneup.

Works well in the center but a few sticky key in the top and bottom octaves.

Free but must pick up at own expense. Fairly easy out. In front room on first floor.

I’ll be sad to see it go – great memories of gatherings, kids learning and me thinking I’d somehow learn to be disciplined practicer! Downsizing so it has to go.
