Completely refurbished (new felts, leathers and many new hammers, complete set of ivories) around 30 yr. ago. Has a couple of misaligned hammers and is out of tune but otherwise perfectly functional. Cabinet in excellent condition – no scratches or imperfections. Lovely square grand sound. Has been in my family since purchased new. Built in late 1800s.
