Walnut finish in excellent condition. Piano is almost up to proper pitch and can hold tune properly. Needs regular tuning and action lubrication (~$225). If going to non-profit would be willing to cover cost of moving. Piano is currently in a ground floor temperature controlled storage unit. Appraised by Illo’s Piano Restorations.
