Mason & Hamlin upright piano, serial #12189 (1901), manufactured in Haverhill, MA. It works well and has been maintained. The last tuning was a few years back since we sadly don’t play it often, but it holds a tuning well. It has a beautiful original cabinet and matching bench. This piano is on the first floor of our house on Mason Terrace, Brookline, MA, which is accessible with only one stair. The recipient would be responsible for professional piano movers, and it must be removed by June 25 at the latest.
