This piano has been great to us at our dance studio. We’re told it’s a very good starter piano. It’s about 100 yrs old, but it’s been played regularly at our dance studio for the last 11 years. Pianists have liked the feel of the keys and said it has good action and good character, both in look and sound. We usually have it tuned once or twice a year. There are a few notes in the very high and low registers that don’t always hold their tune as well. To us, it has not been very noticeable, though it is sometimes to our pianists.
We just had the opportunity to get a new piano. (Frankly, it’s not as good looking, but it is newer.) So now we’re looking to pass this one on ASAP. You would just be responsible for moving expenses. We can put you in touch with the piano mover who just moved our new one. Perfect for a church or other organization that could use a donated piano, or maybe you know of another place for it? Serious inquiries only.
