Hampton piano is about 45 years old. It keeps a tune extremely well though will need a new tuning, of course. All keys are in perfect condition. The only drawbacks are 1) wood on top of piano is worn and 2) one leg has been repaired, but holds up well. We would split the cost of moving the piano. Two down stairs to climb to get piano out of the house.
