This is a Baldwin “Hamilton” upright piano in Ebony black satin finish, model 243C from about 1988, in excellent condition from a smoke-free home. This piano has been moved around the country by professional movers and tuned after each move, though at the last tuning it was thought that the uppermost keys didn’t hold the tuning very well – I cannot confirm this. It comes with a matching piano bench and, if interested, an assortment of music books. The piano lives in York ME on the first floor of a building which has an entrance with either a ramp or two steps. We cannot assist with moving it, but it’s very possible that it could be rolled out of the building.
