This beautiful Horace Waters piano was gifted to my mom by her parents sometime in the 1950s. Last tuned December 2015. All working parts. No significant flaws other than a small amount of trim damage in rear outside corner (nothing that affects acoustics and all can be repaired in the opinion of this non-piano expert). Includes bench (and some sheet music, if wanted). On ground floor, short, easy, move to truck. No stairs. Piano recipient will pay for moving it.

My mom always loved it and played it regularly.
