Piano is is somewhat rough condition. Tone is good. Crown and soundboard look OK.
This piano hasn’t been played in over 20 years however.
Looks to need regulation and tuning. It was used extensively in a Rehearsal Studio for years before falling fallow, so it may need more work.
Receiver will pay the moving cost.
Building has a freight elevator that can accommodate the move.
No stairs involved. The PU will need to be scheduled with the building.
Piano mover needs to be bonded.
