Cable Nelson piano 36x25x58 inches.  Ready to play; all keys work, some cosmetic damage on piano case and one key (but all keys work).  Lovely sound.  Has been tuned, but not recently.  First floor location.  Piano is compact, easier to move and locate within a home because of its smaller size.
